0165(2)(c) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed an electrical cord attached to a fish tank that was long enough to form a loop around a child's neck and accessible to children. 0165(5)(e) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed a power strip plugged into an outlet accessible to children. 0165(5)(g) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed a fish tank full of water plugged into an elecrical outlet/power strip less than 2' away from the fish tank/water source accessible to children.
